“How do I check in with you?”
We will check in 10 minutes bi-weekly by Skype, and have monthly 30 minute progress consultations by Skype. Please create a Skype account and add my ID : Coach Scott Provencal
“How do payments work?”
Payments are preferred by Interac email money transfer in US dollars. However, a valid Credit Card must be provided upon sign up. Then, if payment cannot be or is not made by Interac, it will be charged to your credit card on file on the dates as per your contract agreement. Paypal is also an option.
“What if I don’t know how to perform an exercise included in the workout?”
Instructional videos are provided for each exercise in your workout routine. If the video provided is not clear, you have 3 options:
1) do a YouTube search, and you will likely find other videos to show you this exercise.
2) ask a Trainer, staff or someone at the gym you attend to show you
3) contact me.
“Do I need to be a member of a gym?”
Strictly, no. You may choose a home workout. However, it will depend on your fitness goals, and whether you have access to workout equipment somewhere else or at home, or prefer a bodyweight workout. The choice will be yours, but whatever you choose, be prepared to do as intense a workout as you can in your current health circumstances.

“Do I need to purchase any equipment?”
No, you don’t. However, if you choose not to join a gym or seek out a local area to do strength training, the option would be a bodyweight workout. This can work, but for some clients, using their bodyweight may be difficult. We will discuss options during your first consultation call.
“Do I need to download any software?”
Your workouts and nutrition will be provided through software. It is advisable to download the workout app on your mobile phone. The nutrition software can be used on your computer only, and / or on your phone. Meal plans can also be printed out, as can workout programs.
“How strict does my diet need to be?”
By following your daily menu, you will eat within a certain range of calories to reach the goals you want. Deviating a little will not make a big difference, but if you then make larger changes, you wouldn’t be eating your calories / macros to reach goals. So, no, it’s not rigidly strict, but it’s provided for a purpose, to allow you to eat great meals within a calorie range for your goals to happen.
“Can I still drink alcohol on your program?”
Yup! You will just need to realize that liquid calories count, so the more you drink calories, the less you will eat them. We will talk more about alcohol after discussing your current nutritional habits, your goals, and setting your daily calorie target. Only then will we have a better idea what role alcohol can play in your weekly menu.
“How do I track my food intake?”
Your meals will be provided in a meal planner software that you can record there, or connect with MyFitnessPal or other software to record your meals.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes. If I track that you have fulfilled all the requirements of the program including regular workouts, following the meal plan, and attending the self development appointments, and after the 90-day program is complete you feel you haven’t improved at all in your health, fitness or mindset development, let us know by email. We will set up a consultation call and discuss your refund.
