This revolutionary approach to human potential was discovered in the 70s by an unassuming Scottish man. He had an insight one day that, overnight, changed him…forever.
People around him noticed he’d changed.
They asked him what his “secret” was.
He shared the insight he had with them.
They changed too.
They asked if they could share it.
He agreed.
Those they shared it with changed as well.
Soon a ripple effect was in motion and lives were being changed around the world by this simple but dramatically impactful insight that turned what people thought they knew about how their experiences and feelings were created - on its head.

3 Kinds of Goals to Give Life Purpose
It’s not enough to say we want to get unstuck in life, you know that. We need to figure out how to actually do it.
These 3 kinds of goals can help us step by step to get there, to get unstuck.
1. Outcome goals.
Examples: I want to get unstuck and be happier. // I want to lose 20 pounds. // I want a better paying job.
Outcome goals help clarify more the results you want, but not how to get there.
2. Process goals.
Examples: I will get unstuck by talking to a professional and figuring out what’s blocking me. // I will lose 20 pounds by starting to exercise and eat healthier. // I will get a better paying job by taking a course.
Process goals help establish a framework that will help you reach your outcome.
3. Performance goals.
The first step to Performance Goals will depend on if you take the Farmer's Mentality or the Explorer's Mentality. (addressed in more detail in the 5th Coaching Session).
Examples: I will book an appointment Monday with a professional and commit to meeting once a week for 2 months to establish what’s blocking me. // I will join a gym Monday with a Trainer session to get a starting point and workout routine. I will talk to a Nutritionist to get a meal planner for structured meals I need to be healthy, perform well, or lose weight. // I will speak to a Career Coach and take a career quiz, figure out what work domain best suits my personality, and will enroll in a course Monday to have a new job in the next 6 months.
Performance goals, according to the Farmer's Mentality, set specific actions that you will perform step by step over time in harmony with the process goals you established - to reach the set outcome goals.
Seen this way, change is a journey of several specific small steps.
Goals are reached when they are clear and there is an established process to get there.
An Explorer's Mentality to Goals turns this common process on its head!

There is no particular approach, and no standard template. You yourself are the agenda, and you are the approach.
We work on the lies, the self-deception and the fears in you about the external, the power you perceive to be outside yourself in other people. We work on your difficulties with "making decisions" and the inability thus far to make bold choices in life and follow through and trust yourself completely to do so.
I have no particular coaching approach except to say that I aim to coach around insights from you yourself. Transformation is the only objective.
And the irony for some people is that the very thing that they want the coaching for (an indecisive, half-hearted life) is what's keeping them from deciding whether to get coaching at all.
