INITIAL sessions are 60 minutes and include a Medical & Health Assessment, Nutritional & Fitness Assessment, and Goal Discovery. You will be provided with an ACTION PLAN with strategies to begin putting into practice immediately to help you to move toward your goals.
You will also be provided with a proposal for continued sessions of 45 minutes each, together with life strategy "homework" exercises - should you wish to continue working with me.
*Note: You must be committed and ready to change. Otherwise, we cannot work together right now.
You must also not be suffering from a mental health issue that would make implementing life change extremely difficult.
If I feel that this is the case after our initial session, I will recommend you seek the help of a therapist or mental health professional first. Your complete and long-term best interests are important to me.

After the Consultation, you will receive an Action Plan with strategies we discussed that you can begin to apply right away to move forward toward your goals.
If at the end of our 1st Session we decide we're a fit to work together longer, I will propose a Life Coaching program for us of 30, 60 or 90 days with 45-minute Sessions once weekly or once bi-weekly, together with Life Strategy "homework" exercises.

3 Kinds of Goals you need to SUCCEED
It’s not enough to say I want to get unstuck in life, you know that. You need to figure out how to actually do it.
These 3 kinds of goals can help you step by step to get there, to get unstuck.
1. Outcome goals.
Examples: I want to get unstuck and be happier. // I want to lose 20 pounds. // I want a better paying job.
Outcome goals help clarify more the results you want, but not how to get there.
2. Process goals.
Examples: I will get unstuck by talking to a professional and figuring out what’s blocking me. // I will lose 20 pounds by starting to exercise and eat healthier. // I will get a better paying job by taking a course.
Process goals help establish a framework that will help you reach your outcome.
3. Performance goals.
Examples: I will book an appointment Monday with a professional and commit to meeting once a week for 2 months to establish what’s blocking me. // I will join a gym Monday with a Trainer session to get a starting point and workout routine. I will talk to a Nutritionist to get a meal planner for structured meals I need to be healthy, perform well, or lose weight. // I will speak to a Career Coach and take a career quiz, figure out what work domain best suits my personality, and will enroll in a course Monday to have a new job in the next 6 months.
Performance goals set specific actions that you will perform in harmony with the process goals you established to reach the outcome goals.
Change is journey of several small steps.
Goals are reached when they are clear and there is an established process to get there.
